Since the beginning of the Covid 19 shelter in place order SacTown Bites discontinued all tours. We have been hibernating, ruminating and researching. We will not begin running walking tours until our restaurants have had a chance to open safely and when it is deemed safe by the State of California to congregate in restaurants. The safety of our quests, as well as are partners and their workers is our highest priority. As much as we would love to begin tours again, we simply won’t until the time is right. Although we are not conducting walking tours currently we are working on some other projects that might interest you. Additionally, we are in the midst of researching a packaging a farm tour in the beautiful Capay Valley. This tour will include a caravan style guided tour of area farms and will include touchless tastings. We will visit olive oil mills, honey producers, wineries, and more. The launch of this tour will be determined by the many factors of health and safety and guidelines from the Governor’s office.
